Dynatech technician was a true professional. He showed up right on time, was polite, and gave complete and understandable explanations of what he was doing. He offered friendly advice so I could get the maximum efficiency from my gas furnace. Service calls can sometimes be a gamble, but with Dynatech Service, I hit the jackpot! They were great and I would hire them again in a minute.
This is our second time calling Dynatech Service. They are amazing and incredibly fair. They’re on time and always explain whatever problem they find in depth. They actually showed me the heating coils that were broken and how the coils weren’t heating up properly because of it. This time our AC was out and they diagnosed it as a thermostat issue. They were quick, incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any and everybody looking for a great ac/heat repair. I find them can usually come same-day, which in the dead of summer, is a true blessing!
Dynatech technician was very polite, efficient and knew oil burners. I am a retired builder and was extremely impressed with his knowledge and expertise. They didn’t have a filter for my 35 yr old furnace but did not charge me when he came back to put it on. They did a great job!!! I would hire them again and again!
I have to agree with all the other reviews. Dynatech technician was punctual, polite, and extremely personable. They took the time to not only do great work but explained everything in layman’s terms. I am extremely grateful for his down-to-earth style of workmanship and I will definitely be using him again.

We called Dynatech for a second opinion, after being told by another company that we need to replace the system. The Dynatech technician, who happened to be the company President, Jeoung; showed up within 45 minutes as stated on the phone.
Quickly found the problem and replaced a part that cost us less than the other company charged us for their misdiagnosis. The system is running like new, without spending the hefty price for a new one.
Dynatech is the only company we’ll call for all our HVAC needs.
